Firstly, thank you for ordering from me! I dispatch everything either same day or next day. 2nd class Royal Mail is included as standard which normally takes 3/4 days maximum. Need it sooner? Sure.. Upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class delivery for a 1/2 day service! 🙌

If you'd prefer a different background colour or have an idea, get in touch! I'm open to any creative ideas you might have!

Joking aside.. I print and press all my products to order, especially for you. I quality check everything down to a tee before I send it. So unfortunately I can't offer returns on any items. All product information, sizes, materials are displayed so you can buy with confidence.

If your item arrives damaged though.. You can always contact me and I can sort out a replacement - dan@dandesignsgb.com.
 

This RARELY happens... But if your order arrives damaged get in touch and I will of course arrange a replacement for you. 

Please allow your item 4/5 days to arrive before contacting me about it not arriving and I will look into it for you!
